Verizon Does it again

Why is it that time and time again it seems that verizon just never follows through. So I asked for a 2nd Fios line for the home office since i need to setup my Dev Server for my Travel Site up on its own line..Off my VOIP Phones. So i dispite how many times i explained to the customer service rep that placed the order it was a 2nd line, brand new..nothing to do with my current fios line.

Anyway…so The installer shows up about 9Am and I’m thinking ok so far so good…he actualy came within a reasonable time…..BUT they always manage to screwup something!

So it turns out the installer thought it was a new order and the house didnt have fios..so in English that means =  I’m sorry sir it seems we will not be able to do this today, we will need to have a crew come out and mark the site for a new drop and then the dig crew will come out and do it!

Once they have dropped the new line I will be able to return and install your 2nd line….WTF

O ya….estimated time!  7-10days Not to mention I already waited a week for todays visit!

Time to get on the Celly and Cuz some people out! Ill keep you posted on how it plays out!
